This place is a joke. They dont honor there word on shoe warranty. When you buy there Red wing shoe you also need to buy a complete care kit from them to honor there short care policy. Also there are independently own. So if they dont honor warranty. No other store will help due to there not being an official store.

I was going to the store knowing what I want and what I need. Probably it wouldn't even going to take me more than 5 minutes to purchase my item and leave... But they have a policy due to covid-19 only 1 customer at a time. I waited outside 10 minutes or more I ended up leaving. The customer inside was on his cell phone seem to be talking to someone helping him decide what to buy... the place is big enough to at least accommodate 2 customers...

Customer service was poor. My husband bought a pair of boots and they gave him 2 different sizes in the same box. When we call, the girl who helped us in the store said they didn't have the matching shoes for either size. The manager was not willing to help either. The store had a unwelcoming and unpleasant atmosphere. Go to another shoe store. This one has low customer service and customer satisfaction is not their priority.
