Always experience extremely long UC visits. Hard to get tested for anything... including covid. While their administrative support staff is great, their providers are not pleasant or compassionate. I leave wondering why I didn't go to the farther one every time.

PIH has a knack for finding the best people to employ. I came in today with an ankle injury and was quickly seen by Shaun Kramer MD. Outstanding service was provided by nurse Norma (who wasn't even one of the nurse(s) assigned to me.) After being provided with crutches, Norma quickly distinguished that something was off with how I was using them. She took initiative and directed me back into a patient room before I left. Norma acted by providing me with a larger pair of crutches. She wanted to make sure I was using a comfortable size for my height and using them correctly, then she kindly walked me out to my vehicle. Thanks again Norma!

Did not have to wait more than 20 minutes or so. Staff was very nice. Overall a very good experience, except for the long, rusty nail I stepped on in the back yard. Yikes! Oh, that's my son on my right, my escort. The java stop down the stairs was good to.

Nope urgent care is basically a first come first serve.... I recommend getting here 30 min before they open that way you are first in line and seen quickly....

It's available for both, but they run out of rapid testing throughout the day.
Go see a neurologist...the nerves are the issue...
You have to go to a dentist,to check your gums,you might have gingivitis.

Go to Walmart or CVS it's a lot quicker and no appointment needed.

THEY TAKE HEALTH NET WITH MEDICAL BUT YOU HAVE TO BE ASSIGNED WITH THE PIH MEDICAL GROUP ONLY THE PIH EMERGENCY ROOM TAKE STRAIGHT MEDI-CAL
They only accept health net through Medi-Cal and they have be assigned to PIH medical group - but the Pih emergency room does accept straight Medi-Cal
