This location has workers that do not help people in need of our situation Instead of answering the phone call they would just hang up. Instead of explaining what needed to happen in order to receive an appointment in this office location.They don't take the time they need to help those in need.

This is the by far slowest and worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I am trying to get the SSN for my newborn for more than 3 months now and it can still not be processed?! I provided all documents as i was told, tried to be there in person and nothing is helping because people do not get their stuff together in this office. I even got a letter saying that I have to come in person to verify the identity of my child and although I am willing to I can not go there because I am not allowed due to some weird regulations!? Every time i call to get some answers I get transferred from one person to another person and just to be transferred to another person. This is the worst bureaucracy than in a 3rd world country. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional!

You need to call you local office and arrange for an in-person appointment and only for specific reasons which can not be resolved over the phone. This was my recent experience and thankfully the representative was able to walk me through what I needed.

if you to the social security office in Whittier they are closed to the public do to COVID-19, they have several employees working . You're gonna see several posters that give you the n phone number to that particular office. Social security only mails replacement social security cards by talking to a representative .

Well in my case I just got on Medicare part a and b so they held my check because I owe the $134 each month I don't know your circumstances that usually comes on about the same day
If youre a US citizen and are asking for a replacement card all you need is a valid driver license...one form of id.
