What a gem! If you are into history this is must visit! Lots of interesting local pieces and even a mini Nixon museum. Stand outs were definitely the military patch collection and the displaced headstones from 2 abandoned cemeteries. Admission is free, donations are welcome. There is also a small gift shop. This is great to visit after Pio Pico's on Whittier Blvd.

Did not even know that it was there. Very nice place to visit. Great place to take school age kids to learn about local history.

Everything their is to know about Whittier is in this great little museum, I even took a pic with Richard M. Nixon in his office. It truly is a nice place to visit and learn about this unique gem we call Whittier.
