Dmv did not send my registration card, either because it was lost or never sent out. Therefore, I drove to the AAA store, before I knew it, I was in and out in 5 minutes! Documents were processed, the person who helped me, (also had some cool tattoos) asked me if I needed my registration card. When everything was completed, I received my card, and I was on my way… Very satisfied, thank you for the help! Will definitely be back in the future to process my dmv paperwork.

Called AAA because I had questions about renewing drivers license and also in regards to applying for a real ID and the recorded message said to go to their website for more accurate information. Went to website where it said they did provide the services, real ID required starting application process online. Decided to proceed with regular renewal going into local branch. Well obviously online information not the most accurate information as they told me at branch they are no longer doing drivers license renewals or real IDs, wasted time and a trip for nothing. Thanks AAA. They should update their information online or pick up the phone at branch.

Always a breeze when it comes to doing all my DMV related business here. I was in and out in under 20 min. Very nice alternative to going into the DMV

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location of AAA. I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. Your lack of customer support for a simple address change has me wondering what was so difficult for your staff member to handle. No worries, I handled the situation directly with D.M.V. Great customer service at D.M.V. AAA, you've got my phone number. Call anytime.

They take credit cards , checks and cash
Use your passport.
Real ID is for international flights or crossing the border.
Now I heard that you can for a limited time
Yes u can
The registered owner of the vehicle must be a member to receive DMV services.
Yes I believe you can
I think so but not sure.
Yes, it's called the AAA membership, and there are 3 levels to choose from, contact AAA for a complete explanation of benefits with each level of membership. I have been a member for 25+ years, great deal and peace of mind when on the road at any time.
Yes, it depends on the level of membership you have, Classic is $10, Plus is $8 and Premier is $5 plus tax on all of them.
Yes, as long as it is just a renewal that could be mailed in they can take the payment. They can also issue tags, handicapped plaque, etc. What they cannot do is give driving test or issue a photo driving license. For those items you'll need to go to the DMV.
If you have a flat and you are a member of the Auto Club, you need to call for road service, the number is shown on the back of your card. They will dispatch a local tow service which can fill your tire. If the tire will not hold air, they can change your tire.
That isn't a question anyone can answer except an insurance agent with a bunch more questions answered by you.
They will be I think once this month ends
I don't know if they will be open on President's Day or not. I would go on to Automobile Club of Southern California's website for Whittier and check their office hours for Monday, February 15th and see what it says.
You can make an appointment with the insurance specialist by calling them, otherwise they take customers on a first come basis. There is a line in the back and they have the customer service reps sitting outside at tables. The rep will then set you up with whatever servicing you need. Social distancing and masks are required
They offer passport picture taking, travel services, insurance services, DMV services.
Per the website it states that they don't do some out of State transfers but it doesn't exclude a duplicate Title issuance. I would call them and check. Also, there are DMV Kiosks (like an ATM) that can perform many DMV functions. No waiting, no appointment and they're located in stores all over town.
I believe the only dmv issues aaa helps with is registering or title transfer.
No appointment necessary. Just sign in at the outside desk and then stand in line outside the building until they call you in.
They are not doing any passports any traveling they are only doing insurance car registration and transfer a vehicles
No appointment needed. You can walk in. There is a small wait but nothing like the DMV.
If I remember, I lost one and it shows in the system that I paid and they gave me a new set.
Always be able to get another sticker
Yed
Make sure you turn in the release of liability. An AAA employee told me it's better if you do it online because they will only snail mail it
Check with local police departments
Yes
Yes you can get the form there but you can also download it and print it from the DMV web site. My friends mother went to the local public library and they helped her navigate the web site and print it.
The best bet is to take a mechanic with you your car cannot be taken off lot for an inspection inspection sites for cost 79 on up but again dealers do not like you to take the cars off lot for inspection
You can also get AAA roadside service which will change a tire, bring you gasoline for a charge, you can also pick up your car tags there, and they can also get you into your car if you lock your keys in it
Get the paperwork from your doctor and aaa can take care of it
AAA WAS RUDE AMBER NOT PROFESSIONAL.. Whittier. Office. 16041 E.BLVD
No i never heard of them doing that as well. But always could call and ask.
Closed for holiday
Yes they can if you a member ... you show up with last year's registration they take care of it... registration, they can look it up that happened to me once
For DMV services ONLY Cash or Check, No plastic is accepted. For all other services in the branch including attraction/movie tickets, membership payments etc all forms of payment are accepted.
Call first
I'm pretty sure. They'll just add the penalty.
Yes, Ken is right. They are open til 2pm on Saturdays.
I doint know but you can ask the employees there 😀
Yes, i am sure you can!
You'll have to call to make sure they handle thoses kind of transaction
I believe they do; suggest you call them to confirm. Call, confirm, set up an appointment and go take care of it. Easy
Yes, thats good for us, so we can get in and out.
I wouldn't think so.
Yes AAA is open on Saturdays but they close at 2 p.m.
You walk through the front door the lady looks at your AAA card and the DMV line is right in the front and real fast no waiting great parking to also
What I like about renewing my registration at AAA is that there's a special line that goes really fast and if you do owe a late fee you can pay AAA they send it to the DMV for you
Pretty sure this service is available at AAA.
I dont think so, i didnt get anybody on sat. at all, nobody called me back.
You cannot renew Drivers licenses at AAA only at DMV. You can renew registrations at AAA.
Im not sure!
First call your AAA agent and tell them what happened they'll send an agent out that to take a picture or you can go to their office on Whittier and have it evaluated there
Call for replacement
