Yes. It is technically based on income. As in- you have to make 3xs the rent. So let's say you want a 3 bedroom at an estimate of $1,800. $1,800x 3= you have to make $5,400 a month minimum. Do you know what that's equal to? $5,400/4= $1,350/40 hours a week= $33.75. You have to prove/ make $33.75 an hour to live here. With that being said- it's typical for the area and Silvana Oaks is competitive in their pricing. They also got two new employees in the front office. They are starting to make a lot of nice changes on that front. It's also a relatively quiet area.
