Not sure 3 is appropriate yet. Possibly a 2. We have been here almost 3 months now. We found this apartment very last minute because our other fell through. The office staff rarely answer the phones. Most of the time when i walk up to get mail i notice that it’s always closed. I have had to send multiple emails to get a response. I have asked a few times now for pest control but haven’t gotten it. This apartment has the most bugs with gnats being be a huge huge issue. You have to take that trash can in B and out which doesn’t help. The trash could and couldn’t be picked up some days. The past week, they didn’t come for 3 days. We have notified staff a time or 2 before then that trash wasn’t picked up. Our unit is extremely hot. Like right now it says 69 degrees and I’m sweating. Anywhere else i be would be in layers, shivering. We are constantly having to bang on the ceiling. The person above us has a huge dog that’s runs around like crazy. The complex is kept as best as it can be. People litter a lot making it look nasty around here. The location is great. We can walk to Publix and some decent restaurants.
