Why do they have a problem opening the door on time? 3 groups of people waiting outside and door is locked. 2 of us called and they have no problem answering the phone but don't know why doors remain locked. According to other lady this isn't unusual

Why has the quality of this establishment declined so drastically. Used to be one of my very few restaurants I loved, now I regret spending my money here.
ALWAYS get my order wrong. Haven't been there in almost a year because of this. Manager offered to send me a coupon last time for me to give them a second chance, never recieved it. Tried again tonite. SAME RESULTS!!!!! WILL NOT BE BACK.
