Why has the quality of this establishment declined so drastically. Used to be one of my very few restaurants I loved, now I regret spending my money here.

That is a horrible response to bad service, bland and flavorless and charred steak and dry ribs. If you are used to this I truly wish you explore more options on how food is cooked. Service and quality.
