ALWAYS get my order wrong. Haven't been there in almost a year because of this. Manager offered to send me a coupon last time for me to give them a second chance, never recieved it. Tried again tonite. SAME RESULTS!!!!! WILL NOT BE BACK.

I have always enjoyed eating at Texas Roadhouse, except for one time. People make mistakes...the food is good and so is the service. I've been back since then and I will go back.

I've never had any problems there. I made reservations before I went there. You might need to try going early in the day. I went around lunch time.
