I’m done with them. Went last night had to send my steak back it was cold. They cooked another steak for me when the manager brought it over he said they didn’t cook it all the way so it could cook in the box. WHATEVER DOES THAT MEAN!! Usually they give something off the bill he acted like he didn’t care. It was no big deal but he acted like nothing thing.
JOYCE!! Wrong answer!!!! Where's your empathy? If you were my employee, I'd fire you!!! You failed to ask the date and time of visit. Investigating the problem would have been cheaper than losing them and us and all the people we will tell. Shame on you and Friendly's!!
Never going back. Took my wife on 1/20/19. Waited 50 minutes, no food. Manager finally brought our food, 1 hour. Wife's pork chop was cold, my steak was cold. Sent my steak back. 20 minutes later a different manager brought my steak. I ordered it cooked medium. Meat was WELL done, dried out, and burnt. Gave me 20% off of only MY steak. I've had enough. I'm WELL DONE with Texas Roadhouse. Gary
Never had a problem with them not unlocking the doors on time. If they did, I probably would feint. My niece in law works there and she would say, "if you want to get in on time, wait until we have the doors unlocked". I disagree with her but can't do anything about it.
