I have never seen a guest with a dog and I have been their many times. However that does not mean they ban dogs. Better to call them to check!
I don't think dogs are allowed, it would be a health regulation. Maybe a dog for medical reasons. Places that sell food are usually not pet friendly because of health issues. Maybe on the outside where there is a deck but I think the only access to the deck in through the dining room. They have great food. Moderately priced although some dishes can be pricey. I like the Commodores toast myself.
