Very terrible experience. The staff lacks knowledge, is rude, and poorly trained. I stayed here for 24 hours. They put a hold on my credit card for incidentals and told me they would remove it a day after checkout. I didn't have any incidentals and they emailed me an invoice upon check out with a zero balance, yet 3 days went by and the hold for incidentals was still present. I called them and the girl that answered the phone was rude and uninformed. She tried to tell me that the problem was with my credit card company and I had to wait for them to remove the hold, which is a blatant LIE. I used to work in banking and I know for a fact that the vendor is empowered to cancel or reverse any hold or transaction. It literally has nothing to do with the bank or credit card company. When I told her that she was wrong and asked for the manager, she put me hold for 5 minutes and came back and said the manager wasn't available. She didn't ask to take my name and number to offer me a manager callback but instead argued with me when I expressed dissatisfaction then hung up on me. I have gotten better service at low budget motels. I spent over $200 for one night and I couldn't even be treated with respect. And to think, this is a Marriot owned business. Smh. Marriot should be ashamed. I will NOT be returning.

Great rooms but the manager and the front desk employees are completely incompetent. Couldn’t get a bill right to save their life. Apparently if you check out before 6am you don’t get charged. I Called them and told them they missed billing me for a night stay and they charged me quickly for it but couldn't provide me with an accurate receipt to reflect my 5 day stay. If they can’t bill right and reflect the bill in a simple receipt they don’t deserve business.

Beautiful clean and modern rooms with high quality furniture and super comfy bed. The front desk staff, and manager especially, bent over backwards to work with us on a complicated reservation so that we could get to our rooms and get some sleep after a long day of driving. Haven't been down for breakfast yet but the lobby and breakfast area look great. Very convenient to the highway, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I am a physically challenged woman. It was the most accessible hotel I have ever been too! I have traveled all over. I was floored by the service and cleanliness of the establishment. I stayed two nights and I felt so relaxed. Thank you to the architect for knowing what accessible means! God Bless you!
