The rental office team are absolutely fantastic and helpful people. Michael has been an absolute blessing for me through the process. He got back to my general info request practically right away,, and so I signed up for an appointment same day about 50 minutes before the appointment time. I wasn't banking on an agent getting back to me in time but Michael actually got back to me pretty much immediately and told me come on down. Went on down and explained my situation and how I was trying to get into an apartment pretty much soon as possible. He completely understood my situation and went over the info on the available apartment he had and took me to check out the demo unit. Loved it and he got the ball rolling with setting everything up for the application. Got a call next afternoon that unfortunately the unit would need more time but Michael had a new one come up more in the price range I was looking for and wasn't even supposed to go on market just yet and Michael looked out for me big time and ran the application on new unit. Called back almost instant to tell me I was approved. Absolutely excited. Apartments look great, seems like a nice little friendly community, fitness center is nice. My man Michael really looked out for me and got me from application to approved in less than 24 hours and helped me a ton with the whole process. So thankful!

I don’t know what’s the hype about but I been living here since last year and every time I put in the a maintenance order they come right away. It’s friendly and clean in my building down to the laundry Matt and I’ll works and I haven’t had no problem with the rental offices or neither no one in there now I see a lot of view talking about roaches and mics and I haven’t seem neither in my apartment no mics or roaches I’ll hole building is clean and every one in my build take care each other when it come down to that hallway I just don’t play wit that dirty mess in my house I spray bleach and etc every time I use the kitchen and bathroom to make sure I don’t see no inset or mics and I don’t like even one I hate living with bugs Other then that I don’t have no problem wit the community or staff me and my family love it here❤️❤️❤️❤️

I'm new to Oak Grove and have a positive experience thus far. I have been impressed with the condition of my apartment and have met some very friendly neighbors. The appliances are also good name brand machines and new. The issues I consider negative would be the lack of parking along Cedar Drive, what looks to be high iron in the water and some pest problems (mice) although I haven't seen one yet, just heard them at night a couple times. I expect my experience to continue to be positive one as I get use to the parking, get in the habit of running the water an extra couple of minutes and set some mice traps out.

Don’t do it. Save yourself the trouble and do not move here. The problems will begin from day one. To start there were mice and cockroaches. Don’t be surprised when you see Orkin trucks on your block weekly. If you live in an apartment be prepared to hear everything below you and next to you as if they are living in the same apartment with you. The water would come out brown and would need to run for a couple of minutes before it would clear up. The office management doesn’t really seem to care much other than collecting their paycheck I guess. They are extremely nice to you in person, however, not much gets done. There office is “randomly” closed at times which makes putting money on the laundry card difficult because the machine is in their office. If you work 9-5 hours forget about being able to do laundry. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke from people smoking in the apartments and not caring but I believe all the apartments are non-smoking? One month in October there was a shooting right out front of our apartment. Management never mentioned it, but then about a month later the liquor store was robbed and they sent out an e-mail saying it was being investigated and such. So apparently they didn’t care about the shooting at all? The prices are cheap and really pop out at you but after moving in you realize why. Save yourself the time, money, and stress and find somewhere better and just pay the extra amount. I thought I could suck it up but the 16 months spent here were by far the worst I have ever had renting and it doesn’t even come close.
