We came here to buy a washer and dryer after moving into a new home in CT. A family member told us we can save big with refurbished items from this "scratch and dent" dealer. This was inaccurate information. We were told by Buzaid workers that they no longer do "scratch and dent," but still offer reduced prices. After some phone calls we arrived on site and had a look around. Needing a washer and dryer STAT, we decided on one of the units reccomemded to us. After some Internet searching to compare prices, it seemed that we paid a fair amount, in line with other major retailers. Could we have gotten a better deal if we shopped around, waited for a sale, I certainly think so. We were charged for installation and a for the extra vent pipe needed and some other parts. We were given excellent customer service by one of the employees, who gave us his cell phone number and helped us with measuring and technical questions over the weekend and after hours. Frankly it was this support which likely resulted in us to chose Buzaid for this purchase.

Professional and courteous sales people especially Alex. We purchased a Hotpoint washing machine: Basic, no frills machine. It works beautifully. After installation it leaked from underneath the machine. This was the very next day and the first wash. They sent a technician out and replaced a clamp. This is how a business should run. They COULD have blown us off and told us to contact GE however, Buzaid did the right thing and fixed the error. I will be purchasing all future machines from Buzaid.

Thank you to the Buzaid team. Other appliance resellers claim to put the customer first (PC Richard comes to mind!) but simply do not. Buzaid does, from the sales process to the install. Good job to all!
