There’s been nothing but issues since we moved in. There was no inspection done on move in day, we were given the wrong key so ended up getting locked out out first night here. Took maintenance two weeks (and calling 3X a day) to get a working washer and we’re still scared to use the oven due to a gas leak (that they claim is fixed but the fire department says otherwise) Also, out of the two pools that exist…neither of them are open.

So my wife and I moved in and found a couple of things wrong. A closet door not properly put up. We have had several spiders like big ones rooming around. We have call maintenance but it's been over a month now that we haven't had any service. The clickpay has been terrible I sent $1100 through the portal and they are saying it was returned, but our bank said it was charged. Now it seems as I have to pay double for their mistake. The area is nice and lovely it's just the response time and neither pool is open

I have enjoyed my first two months and my neighbors are super nice. The leasing office is also super friendly/helpful! However I’m not a big fan of the pool still being closed after we were told it was to open June 17th ! Also there is a lot of trash around but I do my best to pick up here and there ! I love the location. This place really does have some potential with the right workers and renters ! But my favorite part is it being pet friendly I wouldn’t be able to do it without my puppers

The Commons at Whitemarsh has been very pleasant in my 4 years of being a tenant. Staff members are friendly and very helpful. The new management company has been very effective and efficient about the care of the property and I’ve seen growth within these past few years.Great Job Everyone Keep up the amazing job ❤️
