The apartment itself needs updating badly. Poor paint quality, very old style and cheap carpeting. I moved in July 2021 and it already looks a year old despite constant vacuuming.They allow breed restricted dog breeds when the owner classifies them as "service animals". Pitt bulls can never be classifieds as such. Noise levels are moderate. Having a middle appartment with noises upstairs tenants doesn't help. People who smoke, the smoke pours through windows and balcony doors. The smell of weed is constant in the halls. The glass doors leading out are always covered in grease There are some very nice neighbors though.

Moved into these apartments back in 2020. Originally I thought hmm 🤔, pretty nice, and affordable. I should’ve noticed the red flags when I first moved in. 1) previous tenants were nasty they left a mess in the kitchen cabinets and all behind the stove and washer and dryer literally old dog food totally disgusting which tells me that whoever “cleans” the units DO NOT know how to clean 2) my unit is a one bedroom and den and it’s a pretty nice size however my closet door nor my den door never closed. I’ve put in service request to get these things fixed and no one has come to my unit to this day to fix that issue. 3) my oven rarely worked and I know for a fact that I’ve reached out regarding this and still nothing. The paint on the walls are horrible and they have the nerve to up the rent and everything is out dated which I don’t understand. What am I really paying for, for an increase in rent? The building is horrible in the summer time with tons of spider webs and just insects in general. My balcony wasn’t cleaned off prior to me moving in. My entire first year here, I never used my balcony. They told me I had to clean that myself. The best part of this neighborhood probably would be my neighbors. The community as far as people is super friendly. Also, Mrs.Rita is pretty awesome who is the property manager. It’s another person who works in there I believe her name is Monica but she isn’t as pleasant. I personally call to speak with Mrs Rita if I can. Honestly if you need a place asap I would say these are okay if you’re in NEED. But I would pay a little more for better.

Moved in about a year ago due to a family emergency in the area. If it weren't for that I would have checked this place out beforehand. The grounds are disgusting, filled with dog mess. The paint and caulking look like a 3 year old did it. The floors feel like you're going to fall through and you hear everything from upstairs neighbors. I am not sure if these apartments are up to code but it's a disaster.

Awesome Apartment manager Woody. Friendly, clean & professional. They attend to fixtures & anything else you need. I stayed fir 5 years and was treated with kindness, respect! Thank you Woody!
