If your looking at this community Im writing this review to save you money and time.Its not worth it.They keep all the trash outside on trash day in no bins and the houses are flooded with mice.Jessica is the worst landlord agent Ive ever met.I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mouse infested, stove broken for 3 weeks, washing machine also broken for 3 weeks and every time I put a work order in it said job completed but it wasn't. I refused to pay my rent until the job was done and guess what Ms Jessica came right on time to evict me and when I asked her about the conversation we had about her taking care of me and my family she called the police on us and got us banned from the property. Thanks to village of carrollwood my 4000 dollar couches are now covered in mouse feces and son's new bed frame is broken in half because they just tossed it like trash. That's okay though. New Year, better opportunities!!!

Amazing Rental Experience It's wonderful, the rent is very affordable and you get more than what you’re paying for. The three bedroom unit I live in is spacious and offers plenty of room to entertain my friends and family and the amenities included are wonderful. The staff that works for the property are kind and very attentive to your needs or concerns. The up-keep on the property is A plus. The maintenance team is absolutely outstanding and quality of work and response time are suburb I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a nice 2 or 3 bedroom home that wants to live in quiet neighborhood and believes customer service is as important as I do
