Their menu headings are Flavors Brought from Africa and Taste of the Native Tribes, from white owners and management. Do we get a personal slave as our waiter, or do we get to chase a Native American from their homes? What an appalling lack of cultural awareness.

Simply the best services from start to finish. We were greeted by Grace with a warm welcome to Circa 1886. This place was definitely a formal setting with a nice polished great vibes intimate tone. Staff was well dressed and knew your needs for a perfect dinner experience. Now, let's talk food the chef started us with a complimentary tomato soup topped with a elegant avocado lemon oil that blended well. It came with a fritter mixed with some type of corn. Yummy! We did the three course meal that came with our foodie package. Appetizers: Shrimp and rice a light great flavor with a define broth that capture every ingredients. Now, the southern grill cheese came highly recommended and it was well passed my expectations. Nicely toasted bread with pimento cheese wrapped thin slice of prosciutto topped with caviar. Savory and Comfort all the way get you a sandwich. Thank me later. Our entrées were delicious too. The grand final ended with strawberry shortcake souffle completely a WOW factor. Everything was Everything to celebrate our 21st Anniversary.

The tasting menu was divine. You will not be disappointed. The grill cheese is heaven in your mouth. John was the most classy wonderful human being that served us. My husband ordered the duck but it was just ok.

Right in front I think. There's a lot in front but I don't know if it belongs to the restaurant.
There are no stairs into the restaurant. It's just a cobble stone path
There is limited parking onsite and free street parking. There is also a nearby parking garage at Wentworth and Philips.
You need to go to their website and click “Reserve A Table” to see what dates and times are currently available for reservations.
Masks and spacing and sanitizer. More than you may see in other restaurants. I was impressed.
Free parking, if staying at the Wentworth Mansion, or if heading to the restaurant.
No jacket required, though i was on the low end fashion wise in a dress shirt and nice jeans. Guessing 60% jackets the night i was there.
