Yeah i thought it starts around 1:30 - 2 on Sunday but make sure to call ahead.

It seems that they have a schedule but it is flexible, based on the number of people who show up. For example, we joined a group waiting for a 2 PM house tour but they started early so that we were done in time to join a garden tour that started afterward. It might help to call.
