You can set up an appointment with aspca, niggatry know that you will be waiting a while for treatment. It would be best to try a local vet instead for a quick prescription.

Your best bet is going to Banfield hospitals at PetSmart. Getting an appointment at ASPCA is impossible. But they real quick to ask for donations.
