I was a regular customer and I contacted them for help with my cat because she was very sick and I lot my job due to covit and the refuse to work with me with a payment.. my cat died because she couldn't get medical attention. There all about money 1st and animal lives 2nd yet there a animal clinic.. SHAME ON THEM
