when I booked the appointment the receptionist failed to advise this was a drop off appointment with 1-3 hour wait. it was completely unprofessional. then the doctor wanted to charge me $400 dollars for blood work on my 16yr old cat because she lost 2 lbs but at my previous appointment they complained about her being over weight. Because i did not think it was necessary to do the blood work they refused to give her a refill on her life saving high blood pressure medication. IT'S EXTORTION. you'd rather my cat run out of pills and die because they want to bleed me dry. What's pworse is the dr didn't even speak with me to answer any of my questions. No customer service at all. I'm never coming back here again. I recommend you don't either. heartless vets of Harlem. I wish I could give them a zero.

The most unprofessional vets in the area, don’t know how to handle relationships with the community, check there Liscence before you consider patronizing there business!!

It's small on a second floor walk up but it's a wonderful awesome veterinary clinic ,the staff was friendly very helpful the vet was very professional and gave Lucy a very detailed exam . It's a wait but well worth it . They will even quote you the prices before doing anything so you know what your facing . Found our vet for the babies

Overpriced, incompetent and trash clinic. I don't know if it's the vet or the management but it's just bad. They tried to charge me $200+ for a glucose curve?? That it's a drop blood every 2 hours for 12 hours that could be done at home. I wasted 🗑 $400+ blood work and glucosamine test for nothing. They don't know what to do. Oh one time they gave me the wrong insulin syringes! If you have a diabetic pet stay away!
Thanks Marie but I'm still interested in the cost of the ultrasound
They treated my dog Max with care through his terminal illness. They're end of life care was excellent.
Not the greatest place. Other places allow
Good morning Nequanda, Hope all is well with you! We would first need to examine your cat. The examination cost is $90.00 then we would give you an estimate depending on the weight, medications given and blood work just to ensure your cat is healthy enough to go into surgery. Usually a feline neuter is around $500-600. You can call 212-280-3700 to inquire about an appointment.
