Scheduled an appointment to view the one bedrooms, drove from Mesa, just for the woman up front to frantically kick me out saying there’s no appointments and that their system schedules people when there’s no appointments open..? Maybe call the customers and let them know before they drive 30 minutes?

The office staff doesn’t answer the phone - but they have a voicemail stating that there are 1 & 2 bedrooms available. Well I drove 45 minutes to come tour a unit just for the lazy office staff to say “ we have no units” Waste of a drive and time! Unprofessional.

Ay so I been working in this complex for a few months with a sick client. So I really, really care about the state of the building. It used to be dirty and smelly but a month ago we got new management and maintenance. And lemme tell ya. They work hard to keep the place clean and smelling nice 24/7. It stays clean and nice!
