Overpriced, incompetent and trash clinic. I don't know if it's the vet or the management but it's just bad. They tried to charge me $200+ for a glucose curve?? That it's a drop blood every 2 hours for 12 hours that could be done at home. I wasted 🗑 $400+ blood work and glucosamine test for nothing. They don't know what to do. Oh one time they gave me the wrong insulin syringes! If you have a diabetic pet stay away!
Good afternoon Ninoshka, Hope all is well with you! For what species is the neuter? We have different types of prices for neuters and $550 is not one of them. Our neuter includes the exam, anesthesia, e-collar, pain medication, blood work and the castration itself. If you are on a budget you can try the ASPCA but the reason they are more affordable is because they have governmental money which you pay in taxes for these procedures. In other words essentially you are already paying for those services. They do not do any type of blood work/pain medication which you can imagine it is really important. If you have no budget in Puerto Rico they do neuters for free you can go there and get on the wait list. The wait list takes months but you can try your chances. I hope this helps you and your furry baby. Best regards, Marco
