DISSAPOINTING!! I used to take my cat to Dr. Luckow back in 2019 but we moved far away and changed vet offices. After a medical issue arose with one of our cats, we decided to take her back to Dr. Luckow for a second opinion since he was always so great with our cats. What a DISSAPOINTMENT and waste of time that was! First of all, his staff didn't give him the right medical chart for our cat. That clearly ticked off Dr. Luckow and he took out the frustration that should have been directed toward his staff on us. When trying to explain the medical issue and history of our cat, he was extremely rude and kept cutting us off and telling us that we cannot be seen without the medical records of the vet we took her to. When we scheduled the appointment, we made it clear that the intent of the visit was to get a second opinion on our cat. Whether she was seen at another medical office or not, we wanted Dr. Luckow to do a full checkup and give us a diagnosis based on his own examination. His staff did not tell us that we would not be able to be seen without the medical records. They scheduled the appointment anyway. I was taken aback by the level of unprofessionalism and lack of bed side manner displayed by Dr. Luckow and his staff. So much so that we up and left because we didn't feel comfortable with him examining our cat after the treatment we received. We will never waste our time at this hospital again!!

Am coming with my pet for an emergency. They take right away. If am gonna have this place after maybe my pet not die. But, I give with all my heart and mi kid , ty all the doctors assistance that awful day. Is a nice place with a fenomenal personal. Blessings all of you .

First time here. When I called, the lady over the phone, Sam was very pleasant and informative being I was a first time patient. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by assistants who are very cordial and friendly. They acknowledged me and asked me questions. I was seen in a timely manner in accordance to my appointment time. The Vet tech was very nice. She asked me questions and was pleasant to interact with. She listened to me and gave me advice and I felt that myself and my pet were very cared for here. The office is quite small but it was not overcrowded. I plan on returning to this office for future visits on further animal care.
