This is a common ticket. You CAN get it completely dismissed, but you MUST get a LETTER from your insurance company in the CORRECT form. You can do this yourself or send in a lawyer. If you need help with the letter format, let the law firm know. 631-265-0102

I just went through the same thing. You need to go there at anytime between now and the appearance date on ticket. You need your insurance company to print you a letter signed by an underwriter stating the event date, ticket #. ALL info on your vehicle like license plate, VIN, color, make and model. Insurance being in full effect on date of occurrence.. I had to go back twice because information was not correct at first. Can not be a letter from a broker. Get there early at 7:45am. They open at 8:00. You should have mailed in your ticket within 48 hours though registered certified mail with a not guilty plea right away though.
