I have a ticket I need to pay and I cannot do it over the phone or online. Could I have someone go in and pay it for me or can I mail it in? Or do I physically have to go in person? There is no way to ask someone there.

Sir, she asked if she could, more than likely, send a relative or friend to go in for her to pay her fine. She wasn’t asking to hire an attorney to go in for her. So the question remains, can she send someone other than herself to pay the fine, a non attorney ???

My law firm is often called upon to visit the court to resolve a ticket, especially from folks that are out of state so that it does not make sense for them to travel to handle the ticket. If you need help like this, you can call the law firm at 631-265-0102
