Our area was taken off of the outage map, but we are still without power. I've not seen this happen before with the JEA map. Is this normal, or should we report the area again?

It's normal. They access the area then update the outage map. Hold tight. They're coming.

They clear the report and dont come classic jea yet there rates are so high
