Sneakers, boots, and maybe a rain coat....you go down tons of steps then inside the cave is chilly and water drips on ya so there is some puddles of water
Comfortable, sturdy shoes, and clothes that you don't mind a few drips on.
Long sleeves its comfortable, but could be a bit cool for some.

It's always 52° in the caverns, so it's up to if you want to bring a sweater or jacket. It was 84° outside the day we went, so it felt great to us. Just drippy inside some parts of the tour.
I recommend wearing some rain clothing like rain boots and a rain coat since you can get wet in the caves just make sure you are comfortable in you outfit choice it is a lot of walking
