Phone number keeps going to "ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE". I do not need roadside assistance I want to speak with someone that is actually in the Hummelstown office. I have called twice now, first time transferred, and disconnected, second time transferred and had to leave a message. I have now been trying for over half an hour.

I believe so. Hours are 9-5 Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri. 9-6 Wed. And 9-12 Sat.
