The amusement park isn't running running rides but they have a couple of huge Christmas displays going plus the zoo. Generally the park is open at 5pm until around 10 on weekdays and at noon on weekends. The zoo is open at 10am however.
The chocolate factory is also open daily throughout the year. I believe they open at 10am.
