Gorgeous, even on a rainy, fall day! It takes quite a bit of walking to see everything.

Beautiful garden with walking trails. Roses are still amazing. Jack-o'-lantern arches are currently in place. This garden is immaculately maintained.

Amazing place to walk and find new species of life.

The value of the visit is in the butterfly sanctuary and the Rose garden, where there are 30 to 40 different varieties of roses.

Yes! Look for the "top tier" of parking.

Yes, the gardens are wheelchair-accessible, however the terrain IS uneven, with lots of ups & downs. It will definitely be a workout for the one pushing the wheelchair! But it's SO worth it-the gardens are lovely!
Only Service dogs 🐕 are permitted in Hershey Gardens. No other pets
yes. they have a butterfly exhibit and some evergreens and nice walking paths
No, it’s a people-only place. The only exception I can think of would be a service dog. Meaning, if you have a disability and the dog you bring with you is a proper, trained service dog, then I imagine they would permit that.
No food available right there, however you have really great options at the Hotel Hershey, which is right behind the gardens.

Hershey Gardens has a limited number of manual wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchairs may not be reserved in advance.
I dont know how long it takes them to grow their plants, but it usually takes about 2 hours to go thru the entire garden and the butterfly house, it really depends. I tend to take alot of photos so I take upward to 3 hours
I don't know. I didn't see any for sale, but I might not have been in the right place.
With the exception of service animals dogs are not permitted inside Hershey Gardens.
I would call and talk to someone as it could depend on the variety.
Yes you can get tickets upon entry. They only let so many people in the butterfly room at a time, so the line could be slightly longer on that weekend. However it seems to move fairly quickly.
Try emailing then directly. I'm not aware.
We went in January and it was wonderful. They seem to continue to propagate more butterflies
Yes, from parking lot to main entrance
The walk around the gardens is about a mile. A wheelchair cannot go everywhere but it can traverse around the entire garden. However, be advised that the path is hilly and pushing (or wheeling) a wheelchair may be difficult.
Yes there is parking. I believe you can pay with a card. I bought my tickets online.
Free if youre staying at the hotel hershey
