There is a sign that says no outside food but we brought a backpack with snacks and drinks for the kids and did not have any issues when when inspected.
On paper, no. However they only check your bags so you can get creative with pockets and whatnot and bring an empty thermal bag to put everything in once you're inside.
Outside food is unfortunately not allowed, and the parks food is a bit pricey.

Yes you can. I saw a family with several small children seated at a small children's show eating on their own plates with pots of food and tupperware all laid out. We brought some food in with us on our second day and went right thru security. So i feel you can.

I believe water is all you can bring, at least in the summer hours. They have outside the gates eating areas. Get your hand stamped for same day re-entry.
