Today I saw a Indian family with two roller bags of food spread out under a tree inside the park. If they can bring their food into the park. Why can't everyone bring their kind of food.

I would assume that you actually can. If I'm not mistaken, there isn't a rule forbidding you from bringing food into the park.

I think you can eat anything your bring home before you enter the ticketing area....
