No. You can however, keep it in your car and go out to parking area tobeat. You will see several families doing this. Set up like a tailgate party. Just make sure to ckean up any trash. They will stamp your hand to get back in.
Yes they are. I don't think you can take them inside the park however.but you're more than welcome to take them into the main entrance area where they do all the cookies and such. When we go, we go early and have breakfast. And we bring in a cooler with milk so the kids can enjoy chocolate milk with their food in the morning. Later in the afternoon we go out to the picnic areas and have lunch. We have never taken a cooler inside the park.

I am not totally sure; however if I remember you can get stamped to re-enter the park and go back to your car and eat. You may want to check the website to double check. I just want to add that the food is a bit pricey, however they do offer a number of healthy options. There is even a Subway in the park.
