Definitely agree. Everything is so over priced. $10 for a slice of pizza is ridiculous. We're season pass holders and all we get is free parking thats it.
Agreed on all POVs or statements I MAKE NO JUDGMENTS OR SHOUT OUTS - MY KIDS ARE HAVING A GREAT TIME! We have to take into consideration they are short staffing/ride operators SAFETY FIRST FOLKS Not to mention the staff NOW WORKING is elderly or very young (so the job pool must not have a large selection to pick from SMH) from my observations on my 2 visits so far
I was thinking the same thing. The price I paid for an adult ticket was 60 and parking was 20 and they closed the water rides at 6 and the other ones at 7. The eateries were closing at 7 too.

Yes the lines for the rides are very long but it's a lot of people but everyone seem to be a trooper. No one complains. Love the games and we won a lot. Some of the games are impossible to win but it was fun and we had a good time. Funnel cake was very good and I love the free drinks all day. It's best you buy tickets online and the season pass is best to have. Nice gifts at chocolate world and the entertainment was food. They ate not perfect but overall it was good. I will dedinately go back.
This year would be 5 years of season pass holders. I can't speak on how long lines are. My daughter gets the disability card which can be total of 3 others and herself. So her sister is with her so they don't wait long at all. I had a huge problem when they changed the entrance area. They took out the only cell charger people Could use. With season pass holders yes parking is free,free cups, free fountain and slushy drink whole time plus use the pass any location you purchase it takes percent off.
I think because they are short staff just like the rest of the workplaces in the world.

Have to get the fast pass. Didn't want to but had a much better time on our 2nd day. Not cheap, but makes it more enjoyable
We were there on Monday for my daughter's birthday and got on 5 rides all day. We got there at opening and left at closing. The lines were insane...most were 90 mins or more. Short staffed is understandable, but they need to cut back on the amount of people they let in then. Very disappointed in this Hershey trip.
To say they are having staffing issues is understandable. Here's a option restrict the allowence of walk in guest the season pass and online purchases should come first.
