Download the Hersheypark app. The app has current wait times for majority of rides and will say if it is closed or not. Due to no international employees and lack of employment some rides open later in day or are closed. These are rides that aren't that popular.

There today, I would say 95% open. Saw one or two closed for reno or repairs. Many continued to run in the light rain as well.

We just came from there 3 weeks ago. They were all open.
It's just been a dream of mine to go there, so I'm not 100% sure but I would say yes just because they are reputable
