I have bee there between the hours of 12 and 4:30 to buy tickets. It is $10 cheaper per ticket if you buy at box office instead of online.
Also, go to their website and sign up for the notifications of their sales. We just bought tickets to a half a dozen shows for only $20 each all in/ grand total!
4hrs before the show time. But on their website, they say "Open 9:00 to 5:00". You can contact them through the website.
