No, it's an Art Museum.

The cloisters are a museum, so no dogs.

Usually only service dogs are allowed in public buildings, but I would call and ask. No one had any pets when I came, but there's security in every other room, so I'd bet on no.

Not in the Museum, but there are wonderful grounds surrounding the museum.
