Why is it so hard for Morris to fix a simple couch ? It’s only the forth time they have screwed up either getting the right part or even getting the part. And the complete garbage coming out of the Fairbanks call center is almost laughable.

MHC is the worst place to buy anything! In my opinion, they don't know much about honesty,integrity or customer service. After several delays and oh so many excuses for why my order hadn't arrived as promised in writing, I canceled the order. That's when things got interesting. They told me (with a straight face no less) that the sofa & love seat that I ordered were "special order" and could not be canceled unless I wanted to pay a restocking fee of 100%! I will give them credit for being able to say that outloud and not burst out laughing. After going up the chain of command things got nowhere and I simply left it at cancel the order! The only intelligent thing that I did was to charge the purchase on my Visa card. I called the bank, explained the situation, and told them to dispute the transaction. I sent copies of everything to my bank and within 60 days my bank had everything taken care of. If you are going to buy from them, protect yourself and use a credit card!

That's Morris for you. We had the same problem with the repair of our lounge. They gave us the run around. A bunch of incompetent people working there. It was the first and last item we bought there. Never again.
