I was very pleased with the attentive service I received when I visited the store. I had my small dog with me and made sure they were pet friendly so I could bring her in. Of course they were. :) I inquired about a specific couch that I had found online and they could get it for me and it was similar in price. Although that particular couch didn't end up working out for us, I will for sure keep this store in mind for all my furniture needs in the future.

Bought our first piece of furniture from John more than 10 years ago. Always have gotten great service and support. Was glad to find the store was still open for business when we drove by last week. Found a couch we liked, 2 days later it’s delivered and setup in our living room. Thanks again John !!

BEWARE. Bought a couch, chair, and end tables from J&L and was it delivered Nov 2019. We noticed issues right away with the couch. J&L washes their hands of the transaction once the furniture is delivered. You are turned over to 3rd party company. It is now Nov 2021 and we are still waiting for our replacement couch. At no time has J&L offered to compensate or help other than calling the 3rd party company and relaying there excuses to us. Buyer Beware. Poor customer service.
