All these people leaving reviews can’t be Obed who have received the furniture yet. Received my furniture about 5 months after ordering (was told around 2 month turn around). Our sectional and dining room table were installed incorrectly. Luckily, we figured out the couch ourselves, but the table is missing hardware for the legs and it wobbles side to side because it’s not fixed in place… Scheduled a repair guy to come out over 2 months later to have that and the subsequent 2 more appointments cancelled. They were supposed to show up today, shows my appointment is confirmed and everything, and I get a call saying it’s cancelled and I can reschedule in NOVEMBER. We got a server and bookshelves too. The server is fine. The doors on the bookshelves are crooked and have to be closed in a precise way to avoid damage. We were so excited to have nice new furniture for the first time but I’d rather this all go back and find something at ikea so I can assemble it myself and pay wayyyyy less, since I paid so much for mine to be installed wrong anyway.

Our experience at this Ashley location was incredible because of the customer service we received from Gabby. She was friendly, professional, and diligent. If we purchase more furniture, we will only be using Gabby.

When you ask to fix headboard and footboard, do you mean rails to attach them to?
You should call your sales person, they can do it. Also the customer service team can do so as well.
