I live 36 miles from this store. I was told that i need to pay a 300 dollar out of area fee on the purchase of a new Spa or go to the store THEY ave assigned as being in my area......54 miles away!! Cant even wrap my head around this concept! Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Me and my wife had a really good experience shopping at the Watson's in Florence. All the employees were very polite and very helpful and our salesman was very knowledgeable about what he was selling us and did everything he could to help us and meet our needs. We did purchase a very nice TV stand from Watson's and a great deal and we just want to thank everyone at Watson's and our salesman Ethan for helping us. So thanks again from the Wagers family... So everyone out there that's looking to buy furniture or spa or swimming stuff for your pool I would refer anyone to Watson's especially with their sale going on we ended up saving almost $1,500 on the TV stand so get out there and purchase you some stuff...
