Phil lied to us about not having a router in stock the day he said he would have it. He made us wait 5 days for him to have some back in stock. When we went to pick it up, the ladies at the store (they were nice and helpful!) told us they were never out of stock. We used our phone data for 5 days because we thought we had to. We also found out Phil signed us up for their streaming service without our knowledge or consent. If we hadn’t caught this, we would’ve been charged more. BUT we now have to call customer service and mess around trying to get the streaming service cancelled so we don’t get charged. Overall, not sure what an employee has to gain by lying to customers about router availability, but he’s losing customers for the company.
