First time I used them they was quick and my bill was paid within mins. This year I don’t know what’s going on. My appointment was last Monday suppose to had a call. So I called to see why I didn’t get a call just for the lady to say she will call me they behind. That was 1/31/22 it’s 2/2/22 and still no call or funds to my account after calling them 5 times a day since last week. No one returns calls etc. they make you want to go in person. They need to hire people or do something because they not helping they putting people in more of a tight spot thinking they electric bill would be covered and now have to find other ways to get it covered
