Great shop to do business with! They were extremely thorough in explaining the functions and capabilities of each snowblower I was interested in! When I decided which snowblower i wanted, they again explained the proper way to use until I fully understood. When I was checking out, I explained to the owner Steve, that I would have to come back at a later date to pick up my new shiny red machine because I don’t own a vehicle to transport it back to my home. I need to find a friend or rent a pickup to transport. Steve asked how far away do I live? I replied about 40mins, Steve thought for about 2 secs and told a couple of the guys to load my machine on his personal truck. Wow! Talk about premier customer experience! Steve followed me in heavy traffic all the way back to my home and delivered it straight into my garage!!! Thank you all at Chicago Lawn Mower, Inc.
