How late does the disney shuttle service run? Can we go out for dinner and be able to get back to the lodge at Animal Kingdom after 10pm? We are not renting a car for this vacation.

They run until after park close. I believe you would be fine

Busses run very late, but if there's a line at the bus stop, you might want to consider a cab. It can be a long wait after a very long day.

Worst case scenario, you might have to use Lyft or Uber. But as someone else said, shuttle services run until the park closes.
