Florida Vacation Village is a total SCAM. Do not fall for this scammers. They have an overly complex, long, rude and predatory check in process that claims to have been established because of the pandemic but is actually a way of not paying employees to work at the front desk. They require for you to send over all sorts of unnecessary paperwork And if you don’t go back and forward with them to with this nonsense paper work they leave a key-like envelope with a note inside that says “sorry, you will sleep on the streets tonight because we did not receive your paperwork”. You are inhumane, useless, and your system is garbage. We ended up having homeless for the night, under a storm with a 2year old. If you don’t want to pay employees on a front desk you better close
