Yes, you ahould be able to leave luggage with Bell Services if your room is not ready when you get there.

Yes, we did leave at Bell services they will even take it to the room if you request it or can pick it up.

Yes, you can drop off your luggage with the bell services and they will hold it until your room is ready. They will give you a card with a phone number to call once you have your room and an identification number to give them once you call so they can identify whos luggage is whos. Once you have your room you simply call them and tell them your tag number and your room number. Then they will take the luggage to your room.

As long as you have a reservation they will be able to hold your luggage, before and after you leave. They also have Airport check in, so you can check your bags the morning of your departure and they will be taken to the airport for you.

Can we check our bags with Bell services if we are not staying at a Disney resort? We have Animal Kingdom tickets but then flying out that evening and no car rental...

Yup. We had to bounce from one resort to another when we were there, and this was a regular occurrence for us. Check out at 11, transfer bags to the next resort, and go out for the day before heading to the next resort.
